Cherry Cheesecake Cobbler

I have been making this cobbler for my family as long as I can remember. This is one of those desserts that I can make for a crowd, or if we just have a bit of a sweet tooth.

I love a classic cheesecake, but I don't always have the time or ingredients to make one. This recipe calls for a few kitchen staples that I usually have on hand. The prep work is minimal and simple to throw together.

Besides, you can never go wrong with a good cobbler!

The batter for this cobbler can really be used for any fruit. Some people prefer more of a biscuit type topping. I prefer this cake like batter. It's soft, buttery, with just the right amount of sweet.

The cream cheese melts perfectly into the batter without making it heavy. Add the cherry pie filling, and you have a fabulous combination!

If cherry isn't your flavor, any berry pie filling will work great.
